We always try to keep up with the latest on Food and Wine in Las Vegas. Recently the Palazzo opened connected to the Venetian Hotel Casino Resort. The Venetian has some world class resturants so we could not wait to see what The Palazzo had in store for us and we were not disappointed. From the large casino , world class shopping and of course world renown Chefs we could not have been more pleased. We will have many more reports from the restaurants in the future including interviews and a whole lot more. We hope you enjoy this overview as much as we did.
